The case was clear cut.

The guy wanted to get into tattooing.
They said he could draw design for now.
The guy had to pay them for the apprenticeship
They never let him trace or tattoo on anyone
They let him go.
They used his designs on several people.


This a$$hole guy literally was like "he knew the chances...that's on him".

I asked him to look at it from the perspective of if that was his child and they overcame odds and had a chance to do what they loved. Now see how they got their money took, opportunity limited & designs hijacked in which they profited from.

Still took this dude another 90min b4 we were able to grant the kid full money and some.
