As far as the verdict being possibly thrown out on appeal because of whatever Maxine Waters may have said, it’ll be a different judge that’ll have to rule on that, I think. Can’t be the same judge.

What's wrong with inciting a riot in this case? There is clear video of the officer kneeling on the black guy's neck. How can you not go to prison for that? Him being found not guilty means the justice system doesn't work. The justice system not working will infuriate many people hence the rioting.
