some of yall sound ridiculous. No matter the case they were never going to go in there and make a unanimous decision in 10 minutes.

I've watched a lot of true crime shows and jury's have deliberated for less than an hour in some murder cases with no video and little evidence. This trial EVERYTHING is documented on VIDEO from MULTIPLE angles. The verdict should have been guilty on all charges yesterday.

idk...this was too egregious...I said 10-24 in another thread but would not be surprised if he got 25+

this was just too out there...prosecution had a “great” (for lack of a better term) case laid out before them...perfect witnesses...everything...and that haunting video playing over and over again

Chauvin is going to prison. The only issue is what he'll be convicted of by the jury. There was a lot of evidence to sift through and the types of charges are a bit complicated.

For a major trial like this, the jury is moving pretty dang fast and there doesn't seem to be a lot of argument or any notes. Whatever they decide, it sounds like they are all on the same page. Considering we've got three brehs plus a sista or two on the jury, I can't imagine that many black folks saying "not guilty."

It sounds like there's a verdict on all three counts from what I've heard. Ol boy is doing the long haul. They'll try to appeal based on some Maxine Waters comments but the last thing the country needs is for DC to get convicted and then slip off later from a technicality.

MAJOR FACTOR - DC likely gets off if this was a shooting. Guns are quick and split second and he could talk his way out of that. When you sit on someone for 9 minutes...the victim is unarmed AND you have four other cops there.......it's hard to explain being scared. Five trained cops with guns against one unarmed man and you didn't shoot him or do some kind of quick-kill. Plus Mr. Floyd was in handcuffs. If there was ever a slam dunk, this is it. They cannot fukk this up. America might literally burn to the ground.

What makes you think they don't want that when they're already losing control eventually?

I don't know like I said they can eat off his death and release much greater than locking him up.
