I just can't see 12 human beings signing off on this shyt man. I think we get manslaughter but I'm hoping for murder.
Some times it's difficult for juror to navigate through the legal jardon and jury instructions, not necessarily because it's overly confusing but some juror members are just flat out stubborn and refuse to look at anything objectively. That's when you get hours long of jury deliberations.I've watched a lot of true crime shows and jury's have deliberated for less than an hour in some murder cases with no video and little evidence. This trial EVERYTHING is documented on VIDEO from MULTIPLE angles. The verdict should have been guilty on all charges yesterday.
We can all read just fine without the all caps. They were never going to go in there and come up with a decision in 10-15 minutes. It has nothing to do with what you or I think about the case, we know what we would decide, but we aren't in the room.I've watched a lot of true crime shows and jury's have deliberated for less than an hour in some murder cases with no video and little evidence. NopeHe will be acquitted watch
i don't even thinks there's a chance of this. What makes you think they don't want that when they're already losing control eventually?
I don't know like I said they can eat off his death and release much greater than locking him up.
MAJOR FACTOR - DC likely gets off if this was a shooting. Guns are quick and split second and he could talk his way out of that. When you sit on someone for 9 minutes...the victim is unarmed AND you have four other cops there.......it's hard to explain being scared. Five trained cops with guns against one unarmed man and you didn't shoot him or do some kind of quick-kill. Plus Mr. Floyd was in handcuffs. If there was ever a slam dunk, this is it. They cannot fukk this up. America might literally burn to the ground.
