there were many instances of him posing with people which is disgusting because it’s disgusting. I have a family to think about too a 15 year old black male and I felt a hatred I’ve never felt before when I saw him laughing. He may have been laughing at a joke, but I took that laugh as a laugh at Getting offf.I was at the TGInFridays? Or Chili’s? ( now it’s Twin Peaks) in the opposite plaza and I saw him while I was at the stop sign. He was bold enough to eat outside. This was in 2013-14 idk
