I'm saying.... They had the whole goddamn police department put on the stand... If that don't get a nikka convicted, nothing short of an Act of God ever will. Had the police chief, all the way down. Should have thrown the department janitor up there for good measure.

Obviously, we haven't heard the last of Nelson.. They gonna file an appeal. Judge put that out there openly.. Makes me think, damn if only Maxine held out for just a couple more days! But now they gonna use that ammo.

Anyway, that's down the road. It's our victory today, though.. Let's see what the sentencing is..

...Is it me, or did that judge sound none too happy to read that verdict....? There's a neutral way to read something, and then there's a 'damn...' way to read something.

Wish I could believe this, but the video was the only thing that allowed George to get justice...you saw the evil twists they spun to change the storyline despite the physical evidence. For every videoed encounter like this, there are 10s of dozens of encounters not on video. Then it’ll be the witnesses’ word against police....

In retrospect, the fukked up/saddest part about this generation of recording police violence is that we didn't have it 30+ years ago. It gets much worse when you start to think about how these cases likely happened 10x as much, with cops murdering us or black men being falsely accused of crimes they didn't commit and there was literally nothing to show for it except the cop's word.

And I still haven't watched that video. Don't think I ever will. I can look at a lot of fukked up shyt, but an innocent man pleading for his life as it's taken from him is something I can't do.

Justice system ran the course, just because they didn't get the outcome they wanted without seeing ALL of the evidence presented doesn't mean it was a human sacrifice. If anything they would look at Floyd as the human sacrifice to put those unprofessional officers on blast so they are aware they can be touched.
