The sentencing judge already approved “aggravating factors” or something like that which means he cannot get a light sentence.

At the very least he will get 20 years, but probably closer to 40

yes, the suit and tie is just for the jury. hard to presume innocence if you see a guy shackled and cuffed in a jumpsuit

ya I know about the latter…wasn’t sure tho what the guidelines were for sentencing…I remember guyger being in regular clothes when she was sentenced but I can’t remember if her conviction and sentencing were on separate days tho

ah yeah they coddled the shyt out of her though, sentencing was the day after the verdict and I don't think they took her into custody until after sentencing
