Ya, I know if it's dismissed her bid is pretty much over. I was asking about procedure. Seems a dismissal would be better than a mistrial, so I was wondering why they asked for that. May be a difference between civil and criminal. I was just curious.

I didn't know she had trouble finding a lawyer tho.
