The last loft I looked at was around the lodge and the blvd. Only thing in terms of lofts south of $900 were around there.

There are more than there were pre-bankruptcy I can tell you that. WAAAAY more businesses and shyt to do...thing is if you aren't already connected in some way then its gonna be REALLY hard to get a foot in the door as most of the suburbanites are bringing their teams with them.
