I met Lyor Cohen and he was a straight up dude.... Funny thing was in the conversation we had he straight shytted on Dame Dash......lol

It was at some industry party for Def Jam, Method was in there Wyclef Jay Z some other artists and Dame, I knew the people that ran the venue so I was on the guest list and I brought one of my friends who was an aspiring beat maker to make some connects.... Id met Dame about two or three times before so even though I knew he was a dikkhead I tried to introduce him to my boy.... he straight dissed him on some "fukk outta here with that bullshyt" and walked off..
anyways free drink was flowing we were slightly tipsy and we saw Lyor in the VIP... even though it was an invitation only party with an open bar there was a roped off section for the stars...so we start calling him, he comes out of the vip, I tell him my boys a producer and hes trying to get on.... He tells us that at Def Jam they are about business and not pretenders that like to make a lot of noise then points at Dame Dash as he says it...
He gives my friend his office number and another number unsolicited, we think its bull and when he goes off we ring it from the cell and his voice comes on the answering machine...
This must of been about 10 years ago roughly....my stupid friend never took advantage of the opportunity but he couldnt make a decent beat to save his life
