So one night I'm drifting off into the aether and I hear that ringing. I'm like not this time. A minute or so later....... There's more to SP than science can explain. Why is the experience universally terrifying? If your brain knows the reasoning behind sleep paralysis then it should be conquered right? Shouldn't you be able to will a bad bytch on top of you instead of a demon? There is definitely more to SP, and the world, than science can explain. I have sleep paralysis a lot. And someone mentioned it earlier but once you wake up from it you wan to automatically go back to sleep and guess who's waiting for you? Usually I turn on the TV to get it to go away. There were times I'd fall into it four or five times . As I was heading into it again I managed to get the remote just in time to turn on the TV. Now if the TV is already on then I just have to get up.

i didn't sense or notice another figure in the room, even though i couldn't turn my head to look behind me. just like all of the other times, i had an unnatural urge to fall back to sleep after experiencing something so weird.

it wasn't until years later that i heard someone talking about experiencing the same thing, that i learned what it was that i was going through. i haven't experienced sleep paralysis since then.............that i was consciously aware of.
