This gotta be some of yall first time ever watching a trial. No way have yall been in a real one or watched one before with some of the complaints. Yall bytching about testimonies? Something that damn near every trial has? Yes some of these testimonies are talking about the same things, that's what you do to back up statements other witnesses made. Especially since some of you want to say Cassie was lying about shyt. Also all of these arent the same beatings being talked about. As far as I remember, only CC talked about the beating Puff gave Cassie where she "cried silently" and he was kicking her. This beating Nash talking about with the gash on Cassie seems new. Idk remember anyone saying they jumped puff. I may be wrong but I dont even remember Cassie saying her, Mia, and Nash jumped puff because he was beating Cassie. Guess what? Defense probably gonna call a bunch of witnesses too for testimony. Wonder if yall gonna be bytching then too.

Exactly. It's to show a pattern of behavior, as well as corroborate Cassie's claims. If there was only one beating, some jurors might forgive him, but this sick shyt was happening around everyone and they all have different stories of abuse.

When you gettin abused, she probably said texted that type of shyt to keep Puff happy because if she didnt text like she was into it, she would be beat. Just like a prostitute hitting the stroll when she doesnt want to, but does because the alternative is to be beat and going on the stroll anyway.
Diddy's lawyers wanted to say the jury will now be impartial because they think he pays off the police to destroy evidence. So they wanted the trial cancelled and to start again. The judge said nah, the jurors will just disregard that part of the testimony.

Add on that every one of them spoke to being afraid of retaliation for him or his former assistant flat out saying she was threatened and blackballed after getting on Puff's bad side. Or flat out reporting how violent Puff is which backs up the RICO charges of intimidation and how it all points back to Puff.

Prosecutor went through a line of questioning with the arson investigator making it look like Puff paid to have evidence destroyed. Judge/Defense rightfully didnt like that line of questioning. So Judge threw out that part of the testimony and told the jury to disregard it/ dont consider it when coming to a verdict on the charges. Puff's team tried to push a mistrial because of it, it was denied.
