Didn’t he give her the money back immediately or some shyt?
If i break into your home and steal your tv, walk outside, feel bad and bring the tv back i still committed a crime. If someone stole your car, drove around the block and put it back in your driveway, it is still a crime.

Not really. No crime was reported back then. A better scenario would be someone stealing your tv and returning it 3 days later and you never reported it. Then 10 years later you go to the police and say this person stole your TV but they returned it a few days later. What you think the police gonna do? Nothing. They wont open a case for that.

From CNN live feed:

Jury sees texts of Combs and Ventura arranging "Freak Off"

The jury saw text message exchanges of Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie Ventura setting up a “Freak Off” with four men in January 2013 to “celebrate Christmas.” Combs texted Ventura, “Wanna celebrate Christmas and have a freak off tomorrow or Friday?”

Ventura texted with the man who runs an escort service to arrange for one escort and personally texted with others to set up staggered arrival times on January 11 and January 12, 2013.

One of the escorts texted Ventura, “Hello star … this is Santiago, I hope we can do another voyeur encounter again,” and “I really want to do this again with you guys.”

Does not matter, they are within the statute of limitations for the RICO so what you are saying has no bearing on his case.

It absolutely does matter. Thats why there is a trial and they are trying to convince the jury what occurred. There was no crime ever reported around that payment. 10 years later they want to frame a story around it even though they got the money back right away.

Keep it “real” lol

The nikka is on trial for sex trafficking with women on the stand testifying to him beating and manipulating them into fukking prostitutes for his own sexual pleasure.

Why would ANYONE with half a brain stand by him or support him? When Kanye West is the only public figure showing support thats proof its best to stay far FAR away the entire situation.

Let Puff face the demons of his past on his own. Nobody outside of his family has any responsibility to show him support. This is all his doing and now he’s got to deal with it.

Even some of his own family deep down knows he did foul shyt

When the Cassie assault video came out last year, Misa defended Cassie and said her heart goes out to her and she knows what she is going through. And said Puff needs help.

Misa just at the trial just to show support cause they have a son together.

Diddy did a lot of bad in his life and now he is getting his comeuppance. Nobody needs to hold his hand or defend him, he knows he himself has to deal with all the dirt he did. If prison is supposed to rehabilitate maybe that is what he needs to change.

Was Diddy making money off drugs? Or was he just buying them cause he’s an addict? Did those associates have real jobs and titles? Or were the titles just fronts to score him drugs and distribute? I mean technically he trafficked drugs by going state to state with them. But that ain’t no different than plenty nikkas we know in real life who go state to state with bud when they travel.

You answered the question yourself bro lol. “Technically he trafficked drugs by going state to state with them”. Thats the end.

What you said was true about how a lot of nikkas go state to state with bud, but like I’m saying it don’t matter what we think

The law is the law

I always thought the Mann act was a silly law for example but he definitely is guilty of it
