Or do people not realize this isn't just a RICO case? It's a RICO + sex trafficking + prostitution case and Puff has to be found innocent on every count to avoid jail time.
Just the sex trafficking charge caries 15 years MINIMUM.
He could completely beat the RICO charge and still get 25 years in jail between the minimum of the sex trafficking charge and the maximum of the prostitution charge.
And I don't see how he beats the sex trafficking charge. His attorneys have never once got up there and denied that puff did not direct people to get on planes and fly to places and exchange money and gifts specifically for sex. Don't know how you beat a sex trafficking charge without saying "that stuff didn't happen" or "these people got on these planes and in these cars and traveled to these places on their own and had nothing to do with Puff he just happened to already be there and that is how all of these freak offs happened". Although it's hard for his defense to argue otherwise with all the testimony, text messages, flight records, etc...

Apparently it’s over Mark Geragos and his daughter Teny Geragos. Both are Attorneys who work for Diddy and the daughter is on Diddy’s defense team right now.
Mark already does a Podcast with Harvey Levin and TMZ has had a Pro Diddy bias. Mark and Teny apparently leaked sealed court info to Harvey. The Judge has already warned him about discussing the case with Harvey Levin.
In the most recent case the Judge was talking about Juror #7 possibly talking about the case with coworkers when they shouldn’t and/or receiving text messages from unknown phone numbers asking about the case
The unknown phone numbers are clearly TMZ asking a juror for info
Harvey’s dumbass may end up fukking this trial up
