Crazy how so many people saying diddy getting off because this just a DV issue. My nikka its week 1. By the end of this shyt there will be so many witnesses with diddy stories.

Nah you are clearly too simple to realize not everything is black and white. I'm aware there are plenty of women that would accept any treatment and do anything to enjoy the benefits of being with a man with money and to live a luxurious life. I also have some close friends who have worked with abused women and have described situations of couples that to the public eye look happy as hell but behind closed doors are so scared of setting off their abusive partners that have to act perfectly to avoid setting off their pyschotic partners. Some of you clowns hate women so much it is kind of pathetic.
You sound green as hell.
I wasn't even speaking about this particular case just in general of how abusive relationships work.

She did though. They wanted to paint Diddy as an abuser, violent and Cassie was scared. She did that. Dont fall for the media shyt of ppl plucking out the salacious shyt from the transcript and running with it. The jury is seeing and hearing everything. Same shyt happened with the Tory trial. Ak, Malargo and that LawyerForWorkers dude picked out the dumb shyt talking about "Tory beating this trial" "Im a lawyer and when I told you that was horrible, believe me, major win for Tory today". Fast forward to Tory getting stabbed 14x and almost dying behind bars.
This is like the 5th day of a trial that will run weeks/months. You probably wont even see shyt go viral for the rest of the trial/witnesses after Cassie gets done.

Cassie heard saying in audio recording: 'I will f*** you up and it won't be my hand'
Estevao asks about Cassie learning of a recording of her out in the public, and her concern "it might have been a freak off".Estevao says one of Combs's security staff was with her in Sedona, Arizona at the time, which was a trip "to take a break from drugs and partying".
Cassie agrees Combs was encouraging her "to get to the bottom of it".
A conversation is then played to the court of Cassie appearing to threaten a man she believes may have the video. Cassie asks him if he has it on his phone, and then threatens him when he doesn't show her.
She is heard saying: "Where is it? You are telling me nothing right now, you have it, or you don't have it? I want to f***ing see that, it is my f***ing life and I will kill you… if you have it, pull it up, or I will kill you and he will kill you again, I am tired of you talking s***."
She goes on to accuse the man of "playing games", adding "I will kill you, I have never killed someone in my life, but you are f***ing with me and my life now, I would show you the video, you are playing games because you said you saw the video, I will f*** you up and it won't be my hand".
Estevao goes on to say Combs "spent time and money" to make the problem of the recording "go away". Cassie says she doesn't know the details.

Diddy team leaning heavy on him beating her albeit being very wrong it is not 1 of the charges. Jury will hang on that shyt. The relationship was toxic as hell and that's the crux of it. We are in week 1 still but man, I don't know.

Thing is I agree and the prosecutors need their other witnesses to come strong as the Cassie stuff sounds like a toxic/abusive relationship, drug and sex fuelled with a topping of jealousy. The other witnesses will be the most telling otherwise the Jury won't see the Racketeering, sex trafficking shyt and will probably conclude that he is bad man for how he handled her but....

Here's the angle the defense is going for it seems. They're making it look like Cassie was addicted to drugs, loved the freak offs, and that she could've left any time she wanted. Also that she never actually expressed that she didn't want to do freak offs any more.

Yeah this week could be a W for Diddy and his team. Specially as they cross examinate last so its the last thing on the Jury mind going into the weekend and onwards. She loved the freak offs, and they are seeing this clearly now. They will sympathise with her less.
