Combs faces five criminal counts: one count of racketeering conspiracy, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison; two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison and a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison; and two counts transportation to engage in prostitution, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.

So the weapons with the serial numbers scratched aren't on the table for this?

Nah this freak off situation is the warm up. He has about 50 R charges yet. You get 4-19 years for one. Throw in forced consumption of drugs. He is getting the chair.

There's sh*t the Feds said they haven't released to the public yet, so I agree that the freak-off thing was just the light work.

They must have mad sh*t chillin' if they feel this good about the case, as they do. But you never know. I think once the trial kicks off, we'll get a better picture of what they're really throwing at him. I don’t think we know the 1/2 yet.

He will get up to 10 years and Trump will pardon him on his way out in 4 years

See the bolded.

That "fly them out/ fly them in" popular term in modern rap is brainwash for behavior that could lead to serious jail time.

Rakim, and Krs One would never....

We gotta look to the leaders in rap with longevity and great results more often.

With Puffy's case. If he was that much of a sex dude, he should have opened a porn production company, started in all his films and get all legal paperwork done. Porn companies essentially do the same thing, even more extreme - but it's all legal.

Puff Daddy was wrong for assaulting Cassie of course.

But to take him down for years isn't good I think.

He created films, albums and did alot of good.

He's not a killer, or rapist or assaults the elderly.

Those are my comments from my perspective, and without know all the facts like many others.

I don't know what to think about it.

Question - do people think Cassie is as innocent as she seems?

Of course her getting assaulted is terrible.

But her dealing with the trainer Puff introduced her to was a foul move as well.

I don't believe ppl can be forced to do drugs over a long period of time.

Hard drugs terrify ppl that don't want to risk death.

Is she good? Or did she also move foul?
I always wondered what the Coli thought of her.

Whether it was released to the public is irrelevant. Discovery is made available to the defendant. There's no surprise evidence or surprise witnesses in that courtroom. Maybe surprise testimony, but if they have some smoking gun, Puff's team knows that.
