Statute of limitations. They couldn’t try him for it even if they felt it was worth it.

It’s obviously true if it’s been confirmed by multiple people.
there is no statue of limitations on attempted murder.

It has not been confirmed by anyone at this point.

the only thing confirmed is that his car was fire bombed in early 2012 and at some time later diddy and cassie got in a fight and diddy took credit for the vandalism.

If there was actual evidence of diddy doing this he would be in jail for it.

I’m gonna be honest

The last few months I learned woman can

Be OF models
Do the most vile sexual acts
For years on time or months

But when it’s time they can cry SA and I was forced

And they get sympathy :sas2:

Was these men not smart of course not

But the play is the play

I’m not sure if you can put years in prison for this

They’re indirectly charging him for setting fire (or directing his people to set fire) to Cudi’s car. Arson is part of the various criminal acts his enterprise is being accused of engaging in, which is why he got charged with racketeering. It’s littered throughout the court documents. He’s not being charged for gun crimes or drug charges individually either - it falls under the racketeering charge.

there is no “indirect” charging for attempted murder.

If they had actual evidence for that they would pursue it.

they don’t have actual evidence so they are reporting rumors and hearsay to influence the jury.

Racketeering is racketeering. If there was gun, drug, arson, attempted murder charges they could charge him with, they would have done so.

All of that stuff is brung up to attack his character and influence the jury, but if they felt they could actually prove it he would be charged with it.

Idk why you’re making the jump from arson to attempted murder when the point of blowing up the car was intimidation.

Yes, racketeering is racketeering, which includes multiple crimes rolled into one. Did you know this because it seems like you don’t? It makes no sense for the prosecution to burden themselves by having to prove multiple individual crimes covertly committed by Diddy and his team over numerous years under the cloak of legitimate business. It would literally be bad practice of law and a waste of time for the prosecution to do something so stupid. That’s what the RICO is for and it is why they are notoriously hard to beat and carry lengthy jail sentences.

The only “evidence” of diddy having anything to do with that arson case is hearsay through cassie months/years after the event.

If they had any more than that, somebody would be charged with it.

If a person is charged with Rico AND there’s evidence of murder, that person is charged with Murder AND the Rico charges.
