I wasnt sure if that was true, you can hear Puff say something to him though. But the way the video laid out makes it look that way. Diddy doesnt like the fact that Nip said he was gonna clap all night, so tries to go at his girl. Then Nip claps and Lauren had to be pushed by Nip to clap. Then Cassie hides her face when Lauren starts clapping, notice Cassie never claps.

Looks like defense is saying puff wasnt micromanaging his finances like that to know he was mixing personal and business. He did the same thing earlier with one of the assistants. Saying something like Puff didnt know how stuff was purchased.

For the "This isnt rico, they dont have anything linking legit business to w/e Puff was doing illegally" crowd, seems a witness laying more foundation for that is on the stand. He was the CFO for puff for like 20 years:
You missing the point the defense is setting up. The CFO is up there saying nothing incriminating and confirming that Diddy does not have sole control over the accounts and finances. And these accounts are audited by their partners who are mega corporations. Its not some slush fund diddy can play around in. This isnt a mom and pop business he could cook the books with on his own. He couldn't use those business accounts to extort people. There is no criminal enterprise.

I think most of the cases are past their statute of limitations. The arson case isn’t closed but there’s no proof of that so I doubt it.
Hardly if the NDA specifies that they can speak to the nature of the video if law enforcement gets involved. Not that it matters but when someone bribes, there’s no trace.
