I guess he needed that full acquittal but yeah with all those L's the government just took, they weren't letting him out today. But it's probably looking like a "Time Served" and probation situation. The bottom line is he isn't getting life or even 20 years or some big time. They lost on all those charges. The sentence will most like run concurrent as well. So sitting until October will still go towards "Time Served". Also the His lawyers could request a sped up sentencing hearing.

Nah I think the judge expedited the sentencing hearing. While I believe it was originally October, I think they're meeting on July 8.

After the judge left the bench, defense attorney Marc Agnifilo turned to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ supporters.

He told them United States District Court for the Southern District of New York never loses racketeering cases. He told them that Combs showed up and he wasn’t afraid.

“He’ll get his life back,” Agnifilo said, “Winning is winning. You live your life and you live a good life.”
