The sentencing guidelines calls for 20 months, he's done 10 as a first time offender he will get time served at setencing. His sentencing was october 3 they are going to expedite as diddy waived his assessment for sentencing.

He will also appeal these convictions in the interim and seek bond on appeal and put 10 million up and more conditions to make sure his bail next week is bulletproof proof. His lawyer Jonathan Bach one of trumps former lawyers is already talking to the president in cause the prosecution tried any bs. Diddy be out in a 2 weeks.

You know if is per count? For some reason people telling it's per count, that would mean 10 yrs (example based on prosecution calculations) and like 4 based on what defense said.

The info i found, says it's 51-63 for the 2 convictions and not per count though.
