shyt is stupid it’s crazy how all of a sudden he’s this dangerous killer that everyone is afraid of but only a couple years ago son was looked at as p*ssy. She spoke up about her experiences last year and was named as a witness earlier so Idk why she shouldn't say that even if she didn't testify. Once again, even if all this was mainly bullshyt, it's not like Puff doesn't have a shady past

Well I just saw the breaking news and Puffy had his due process. I waiting for all the facts before I commented on anything. The hotel video was terrible and he was definitely wrong for that. With that said, It was 8 years ago and Cassie did settle., so the matter was over. For the Government to go and make an entire case based off that was BS, sorry. It was a weak case from the beginning and they tired to use the Cassie Civil suit to build this case around and majority of the charges didn't stick. So many people were wrong about this case because they didn't like Puffy. The facts clearly showed that the Government didn't have the strongest case. Which is why they were 2 for 5, So they used the BS RICO to try and put Puffy on trial for things they couldn't legally do for statue purposes.

The MANN ACT clearly has a history of being a racist law. It been used against many successful Black men including the Legendary Jack Johnson. But this actually was a good verdict for Puffy. Sure Not Guilty on all five would have been better. Technically he did fly them out so I guess that was easy to prove but I believe those two "transportation" Charges again can be argued on appeal. Think about it, 5 charges and the the 3 serious ones were not guilty. As soon as they said the jury had a problem with RICO I knew he was good because again that's the #1 charge of the entire thing. Yet all the commentary was saying, "Oh no, Puff in bad shape, they got a verdict too fast". If they didn't agree on RICO then how could they agree on all the others? So much press around this was wrong. Yet people in the Courtroom was saying people were caught in many lies.

All I'm going to say is Puffy has done things I don't agree with but people also put things on him that he didn't do for clicks, likes and views that wasn't true. Are these same people going to make videos saying they were wrong? Doubtful. Anyways let this be a lesson that the Government does and will lie for a conviction including overcharging. Puffy's lawyers went in if you read the transcripts, they proved a lot of lies on the stand. The Witnesses just couldn't get their stories straight. Puffy should have been on trial for Domestic Violence, that's it because that's the video proved. But the statue of limitations ran out so ran with Cassie Civil Suit and tired to lock him up for life and it blew up in their face. They were also trying to take his wealth with the RICO and that failed. Not guilty on the major charges.

The Statues ran out so they used the RICO charge to try to bring in stuff he was never charged for. Casse settled out of court concerning the relationship. If the video came out sooner, sure Puffy should be held accountable for Domestic Violence (Which he wouldn't be facing Life or the seizing of his assets and wealth by the way) but it was almost a decade ago. Him and Cassie obviously worked through it and they broke up after and both parties moved on. She eventually brought a civil suit and he settled. Technically even the Cudi stuff should not have been brought in the case, he was never even charged for that and it was mostly hearsay. So the only way for the Government to bring any of this stuff in was through the RICO charge.

Once the Jury didn't agree on RICO, their case was pretty much over. These other two charges they got him on were weakest charges of the entire case. They wouldn't have even brought the case if it was just those two charges. Lawyers are saying both charges have low mandatory minimums. Individuals opinions and personal feelings on Puffy morally or being a good person is up for your own view. The reality is the US government definitely overcharged him trying to use the RICO so their case was over before it started. The Cassie situation was also over and settled. She took millions and moved on. It was the government that tried to use that civil case to build a weak RICO around his personal life and failed miserably.

legally he can't he's got to follow the sentencing guidelines which at most is 20 months. If the judge does something unwarranted it would be appealed. Puff also appealing these and at the same time going to trump for a record suspension.
