People need to realize it is a distinct possibility that Puff is gonna get sentenced to some years. The judges comments when he denied his recent bail request should be concerning to Puffs team.

"Combs's Mann Act arguments might have traction in a case that didn't involve evidence of violence, coercion, or subjugation in connection with the acts of prostitution at issue, but the record here contains evidence of all three," Subramanian wrote.

This tells me he's looking beyond what the charges he was actually convicted of say. He's considering everything. And that likely doesn't result in a time served sentence. Puff should be VERY concerned.

We’ll wait and see. Containing evidence all brought by the prosecution can still be argued and the Mann act for Cassie by law per statue of limitations should be thrown out because it’s no longer a part of a rico so it is pass the 5 year limit regardless. Everything the defense is doing is setting grounds for appeal. You have to have a track record of doing everything possible prior or it could be looked at by the appellate courts as negligence by the defense.

The best part of the appeal is a lot of the evidence this judge is referencing will be inadmissible and off that alone, Diddy could get bail since the reasons he is being denied now won’t be applicable. Then it boils down to if the government wants another trial on a singular Mann act charge. Highly doubtful.

This is actually a valid point but it’s a far cry from the 20 years people are pushing.

Nah he wont get 20 but I'm thinking it could be as much as 5 to 8 and I'm not sure Puff is prepared for that. He feels like he should be out now, not in the 2030's. It will be interesting to see what happens come October.

If he gets that, he will appeal. And I’m still not ruling out Trump pardoning him if he agrees to come out on some MAGA shyt.

He's going to have to put up bread for that.
