My final firm take is Puff is going to fry unjustly. This case isn’t some guy running a criminal enterprise. It was an abuse of power and influence mixed with sex, drugs and violence.

What the fukk is his defense doing? I was expecting some big gotcha to show the witness lied about pursuing a lawsuit, instead the lawyer just moves to the next question.
They've been grasping at anything, so they're trying to plant seeds of doubt even if they're baseless. Just suggesting the words civil suit might influence the jury, even if it's a lie.

Idk if you watched the Thug RICO case but the biggest mistake they made was bringing so many people to court at the same time, it was a mess because half of them were lying and telling completely different stories than others, you had witnesses saying they were gonna snitch then they walked up there and spat DuckTales that went against the statement they already agreed to in their plea deals.

They arent indicted because they are victims as well, also what would they be charged with? Maybe the assistants for buying illegal drugs for puff, but one of them got immunity already. For the others, why indict them when they are being threatened/beaten by puff too? Like this Nash person testified to being hit by Puff, threatened, and I even think they mentioned being chased by his bodyguards.
