Any update on the prosecution response? They had until today.

I did not find anything related to that. But his lawyers filed a motion asking the judge to acquit him on the 2 charges or giving him a new trial.
They responded at 11:30pm. There’s an 11-page response but it’s pretty much, the judge already denied and Diddy didn’t provide any reason why it should be reconsidered.
I don’t know if there was a response to the acquittal or retrial.

Now, the prosecution according to a report, wants to push for more time according to their undisclosed calculations of the guidelines. These white 304s are pissed! 
So, a summary of the prosecution‘s objection to bail.
Their calculation which they omitted says he is looking at way more prison time than initially believed so he is a flight risk and may flee and supervision will not be enough to prevent it. Meanwhile, they granted a $10M bond for the American Eagle CEO who was actually sex trafficking young males internationally. Diddy is suing for $50M but if he is willing to giveaway $50M to flee. They’re shameless.
He has a propensity for violence. He hasn’t been around Cassie for 8 years and Jane Doe is God knows where right now. He has no history of child abuse.
They keep using verbiage like he’s been convicted of sex trafficking. They have nothing and they’re using their ostracized leader tactics to bully the judge when he asked for case law.
If I am the judge, I’d be more pissed at the government for contempt. The prosecution is giving that “We’re white and we say so”. It’s fvck the law and they were supposed to win.

I read it. The judge in short is saying eat the 60 days because the government can’t say any of this sh1t during sentencing. I believe he is going to give him time served and let Puff get tf on. I understand that Puff wants to be out now but he has to just chill.
