there isn't the same burden of proof in a civil suit either. preponderance of evidence vs "beyond a reasonable doubt." he's also a moron for letting that civil suit get to the point where it was filed, since it's also what got the criminal investigation started.

i can't believe this was his life. he had the means to do literally anything on earth, and he decided to spend all this time waiting for baby oil dropoffs in random hotel rooms.
