but yeah, idk what her injuries were but he could have been charged with way more than a DV for that incident like kidnapping, trafficking again, drugs, battery, assault, etc. just like this case, but the difference is there is video proof in that one so i assume he would have plead out instead of go to trial). Got saved by the timing
