Believe me, all the diddy defenders know this and you just wasting your time.I've told them all that directly with the testimony transcript of the dude saying it(I think dude said he mightve saw him beating cassie and didnt help her because the bodyguard was there). They just overlook it because it doesnt fit their narrative that Puff innocent or "they just going after the black man for no reason". Hell the nikka you arguing with doesnt believe any of the testimony that has been said so far, unless it supports diddy. 1 or all 4 of them believe everything said so far is hearsay because they didnt report anything to the police(Im not making this up btw). Then another issue is none of them actually paying attention to the trial/transcripts. They letting people like the gay nikka Armond or the Akademiks of the worlds "break it down" for them with their own, mostly pro Diddy, spin.

You don’t have to be innocent to be a victim. You don’t have to look good in the court of public opinion to be a victim. She’s not the one on trial, and she hasn’t been on the stand for a month.

If you drive drunk and run over a person who has shot 5 people over the course of his life, does that make you innocent of the crime YOU did?

There have been multiple other crimes and victims presented in court. You can’t say the case is about his sex life when you have multiple people bringing evidence of being kidnapped, dangled off a balcony, and beat on simply because they didn’t do what Puffy wanted them to do.

Funny thing is this is like a month old, if anyone read the transcripts at the time they would know this happened, it was talked about in this thread iirc. Defense brought it up during cross. The person she talking to mightve been trying to blackmail her about the FO vidor something like that (Cant remember exactly). Either way/however he saw it, this response makes sense and not some "smoking gun" people think it is.
