Ahh, ok, so the outrageous is to the tactics of the prosecutor. That mistrial not gonna fly for that reason imo. He didnt outright say anyone in the courtroom did it. With that said I did think it was dumb for the ausa to take that angle with everything, was stupid. Now the judge talking about disregarding that whole thing. Couldve just laid out for the jury how the female DNA couldve been from her being sent to buy the bottle, how it's only a partial, Puff had someone else do the dirt. But he takes the "puff paid someone to destroy evidence" angle
