The divide on Sting as an ALL TIME performer on this board, is huge...

What type of 'player' is the man they call Sting?

I feel that. But again, the internet wasnt a thing for most of Sting's run. Sting has always also had the benefit of a star aura. This aint to shyt on sting in the least, you know me better than that. Sting is in my top 10 all time maybe even top 5 but ive always drawn a like comparison between the two.

Sting didnt get a relentless 10 year push like Cena. Whenever he dropped the World title he'd go back to the US title. He also had the benefit of having Hogan to be stale and take the backlash.

People on here get emotional about a Cena comparison like its a death sentence. I dont think Cena is as bad as the backlash but maybe it is also because i dont watch him. :manny: I respect that you can debate your favorite wrestler without getting emotional about it. Youre still my breh :salute:

:salute: back at ya my breh. Goat level screen name and all around dope poster that u are

I love these debates and seeing other views, it's totally fine to disagree no reason to get emotional or hot about it

Never forget that STANG and King Kurt pretty much kept TNA in business, as Princess Dixie kept begging her dad, Panda Energy, and Sinclair for more money to keep that shyt ship afloat. Sinclair wouldn't give another cent without those two main eventing.

He would've had a great run had he came to the E when DDP or Steiner had their bust. Probably would've saved us from the Reign of Terrah Rizzin. We probably would've gotten a much better Cena progression from it, as Sting would've Ben the Face That Ran The Place and Cena stayed heel long enough to have a better payoff.

He's more of a great than fukking Adam "The Mediocre Edge" Copeland, that much I know
The face of a company that nearly curb stomped the McMahon's to oblivion, had many great bouts, voted most popular wrestler multiple times, sold lots of merchandise, Face of Dixieland 2004 -05 I could go on.

Voted A for obvious reasons.
