I'm telling you, people would not be able to beat the Raid in matchmaking at a high rate because of a number of reasons.

Without experience in doing it, the shyt can take hours to finish. Not because it's hard, but mainly because of the amount of coordination it takes. The Taken King Raid is all about team work and communication. Randoms would be trying to do the Raid under leveled, and without the gear to get the job done. They would queue that shyt up without a damn mic on... People would start it up with no intentions on finishing it in that sitting, and then quit mid Raid... That's why there are looking for group sites that people use to specifically describe what part they are on and what they are trying to finish.

Bungie should implement their own LFG into Destiny 2 to make the game much more social and seamless... But a traditional matchmaking system for Raids would be a train wreck in most cases
This is the worst excuse for destiny's piss poor social aspects that you nikkas keep pushing.

An MMO game where you have to log into the real internet and look for people to play with on forums.

A game thats designed entirely around a multilayer experience makes it incredibly tedious to find other players to do the best parts of the game.

Pure shyt.

Taken king was wack.

Let me repeat the last line since you missed it.

And again, I have enough experience with the game to know what I'm talking about. Everything I described would happen with a traditional matchmaking system for Raids. You can deny it, but again, you wouldn't know since you didn't complete any of the Raids in the game. I've done them with randoms, and if 1 person doesn't know what he's doing you ain't gonna beat the shyt. I didn't say the shyt was perfect and I really didn't make an excuse. I stated FACTS.

It would be one thing if you could guarantee that everyone would have a mic and be able to communicate, but you can't. You'd probably be one of those mutes trying to queue up a damn Raid without saying shyt.

Get all the way the fukk out of here with that shyt breh, I've played more than enough to understand that dumb ass game. I never completed a raid because bungie made it completely rediculous trying to get a team together and never gave an alternative. You keep making excuses, talking about what it would be like with matchmaking but the alternative is not having any kind of system in place to help people find quality matches at all. Not having any type of in game options or community to link up with is piss poor game design. I don't care about what type of strategy Is needed to complete the raids, these developers were fukking lazy. They shouldn't have even came up with the raids if they didn't want to address how people will be able to link up IN GAME.

And why couldn't they include a mic required matchmaking system or some shyt? I literally thought of that in 10 seconds.

Why not have a rating system that rates players based off skill? Or some shyt where other players can neg players for doing shytty and leaving mid raid? Then they could match people with players that are equally skilled and serious about the raid.

There are plenty of ways they could have made the shyt work but instead they decided that they would let the player figure that out.

*watches people that didn't play destiny and haven't played this call both trash*

Destiny PvP >
Division RPG elements >

And I have a feeling they'll be adding the traditional pvp in the summer update.
The pvp in destiny was dope, it felt like halo for my ps4 but it wasn't enough to keep me hooked. It gets repetitive and tedious for me and the lack of in game story killed it as well.
The division is just ass all around to me, dumb AI, grinding elements, the skill freest felt ripped out of DCUO with new skins.

Destiny was fun for a time, I had to make myself play the division just to get the hype. It's watch dogs online 3.0 for me, I can see how others like it though but I can't see anyone playing this past 4 months UNLESS they keep dropping content for it

I bolded where I should have STOPPED reading....

But I continued on anyway.

Again, I'm not making excuses. The alternative is make friends, add people to your friend's list. Then they have people on their list, and then they have people on their list... and then you have enough people to do it. I am not saying that the fact that they didn't have matchmaking in the game is perfect, nor am I making any excuses about the decision. I'm simply stating why the odds of you completing a Raid with a traditional matchmaking system wouldn't be highly successful.

Any Destiny OG will tell you what I'm saying is 100% FACT. It's only people like you who never had enough people on their list to complete the Raids who think otherwise. Destiny is a game where you have to add people to get shyt done if you don't have friends in real life. It is what it is, and it's not hard.

I'm sure they'll improve on it the next go round.
