I’d also like to add in Lake Arbor too. My friend also told me all those new apartments across the street from PG Mall are really nice too.

The Largo and Lanham areas got some nice new developments going on as well, especially that big townhouse community by the Wegmans.

Hyattsville in that art district area near Brentwood as well as PG mall. parts of Greenbelt and College Park. A lot of young ppl moving to parts of Capitol Heights as well. Largo near the train station.
