I think one thing we can all agree on is that Liberty City Stories holds the title for the WOAT GTA franchise entry. GTA V just one or two places above it.. I don't even remember the ending

I played Sleeping Dogs for the first time not too long ago and was shocked at how well it played compared to GTA V. A sequel woulda blown V outta the water.
yea, I remember who you are.If you were around since the launch of IV you should be well aware it took nearly 3 years just to get character mods into IV...If you jumped on GTA modding towards then end of IV's lifeline then yea, modding was easier because you had more developed tools to work with...T2 also never got involved with IV modding and shutdown tool development...V was headed in a far more promising direction until T2 hampered OpenIV development for V...
IV was an atrocious mess which anyone whose modded that game past importing models would tell you is fact...It was plagued by shyt performance, memory leaks that caused the entire map to disappear after 20 minutes of gameplay and chronic crashes...Even people that didn't mod the game experienced that shyt...IV didn't' even identify a modern GPU without a custom commandline txt until the last patch was released...
Anyways you know me on the GTAforums...Been a member since '05 and rock an 8Ball avi...Last IV project I was involved with was IVSA...Other than that I only dealt with scripting...
