That's basically what AEW is at this point. I don't see it changing unless TK let's someone else book. Good matches on every show + 1 or 2 storylines being advanced. That's all these shows are gonna bring. It's very light on storytelling and promos.

Every match doesn’t need to have some point to it. We don’t need to constantly see random backstage segments that setup a one off match that night or next week.

Plus The random AEW match have been part of AEW’s history anyway.
