Late 90s is goat. Grew up in the late 90s so I’m biased.

I have older family members who said late 90s is when things got watered down tho

If you were going to clubs then, the difference is STARK as you were listening to NJS/Latin Freestyle/Jungle/Techno/RnB/Grunge and a bunch of other genres that all meshed well, drinks were cheap, and people actually danced rather than post on Social Media all night.​

It’s just weird to me watching early 90s to late 90s how fashion changed completely.

I feel like every other decade became visually distinct through the majority of the faced but around 95 the large, loud patterns gave way.
