It’s just weird to me watching early 90s to late 90s how fashion changed completely.

I feel like every other decade became visually distinct through the majority of the faced but around 95 the large, loud patterns gave way.

Ohhhhh the large loud patterns were present in both parts. It started off with cross colors and ended at fubi/Hilfiger

Late 90s shouldn’t even be considered the 90s, that shyt was like the 2000s

you missed the real era when shyt was fun (80s early 90s)

I always thought 2000-2003/2004 was an extension of the late 90s.

Anything after 1995/96 is a different era to me….that’s when the internet started becoming popular, it was a different world before that

I feel you. I didn't have access to high speed internet until 1999/2000 when I went to college.

AIM was around in the mid 90s so that brought about some new fukkery.

One thing that I thought about is that I don't have too many pictures from my early 20s online because 1) I didn't have a digital camera and 2) I didn't have a smartphone

90s went through so many changes. You had 90-92 post Cold War bright colors still feeling like the 80s

93-96 was grunge gangsta rap era subdue colors

97-99 was the dot-com boom things got bright and shiny again

Music in the late 90s early 00s was >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Because production quality and investments into music finally reach the level it is today. but the lyrics and rhyme quality was still at the early 90s level. perfect era for hiphop
