Raptors had a better record than the Warriors and these clowns still trying the East is Weak narrative again after Bron was supposed to lose to them :dead:

The only thing that's the "weakest it's ever been" is the level of discourse from casuals. :coffee:

Pelicans and jazz would be heavy favorite to make the finals if they played in the east. Don’t let how stacked and good GS is cloud the fact the western conference teams are strongner

nikka please

Utah has a losing record against the east this season. NO did good, but that was when they had Boogie and AD. AD inst good enough to run through a conference by himself.

Who the hell going to score with AD to get them past Boston or Cleveland?

and Utah??! :mjlol:

"the West is stronger than the East" is only a myth.

Historically, the west has been LA, San Antonio, Houston for a couple years and GSW now. Folks talk like every year any team in the west has a chance to win when in reality its GSW and everyone else, and 20 years ago it was LA, San Antonio and everyone else.

The West has won the interconference head to head record 18 times in the last 19 years. That's what drives the narrative and justifiably so. Their are only a handful of teams regardless of conference that are legit title contenders. So the best from the East can certainly go up against the best from the west but overall the West has been stronger and its been that way for a while.

No one legit though the Raptors would win except some delusional fans. Bron has owned that franchise for years. They are shook mentally and Game 1 ended that series before it began.

nikkas want the East to NOT be weak in order to make Bron look better

There's no need for that. He is what he is. Don't prop up the East to do that.
Its weaker than the west but it hasnt been "weak" all these years

2011 - Dallas lost 3 games getting to the Finals beating (defending champ Lakers, Spurs and Thunder)
2011 - Heat lost 3 games (Chicago, Knicks, Boston)

2012 - OKC lost 3 games getting to the Finals (Dallas, Lakers, Spurs)
2012 - Heat lost 6 games (knicks, Pacers, Celtics)

2013 - San Antonio lost 2 games getting to the Finals (Lakers, GS, Memphis)
2013 - Heat lost 4 games (Indiana, Chicago, Milwaukee)

2014 -San Antonio lost 6 games getting to the Finals (OKC, Portland, Dallas)
2014 - Heat lost 3 games (Charlotte, BK, Indiana)

2015 - Golden State lost 3 games getting to the finals (Houston, Pelicans, Memphis)
2015 - Cleveland lost 2 games (Atl, Chicago, Boston)

2016 - Golden State lost 5 games getting to the finals (Houston, Port, OKC)
2016 - Cleveland lost 2 games (Tor, ATL, Det)

2017 - Golden State lost 0 games getting to the finals (San An., Utah, Portland)
2017 - Cleveland lost 1 game (Indy, Tor, Boston)

2018 - GSW and Houston (1 loss each)
2018 - Boston (4 losses) Cle (3 losses)

The west has been better than the east but the top teams in the east have been formidable as well. A lot of just mediocre teams out west have been getting extra credit because they are out west.

The west record against the east this year in the regular season is 237-213 (52%), thats not a big gap. I can see if it were a 200-250 game difference like 325-125 (72%) or something

Name some great players Lebron has gone against in the East. I mean going down in the books great.

Dwight (1x and he lost), Melo (1x - as a member of the Heat). He played a young Derrick Rose (1x). And he didn't even play them together lol

These overachieving, marginal good players that he beats means nothing.

Compare regular season game to post season series brehs. Didn’t we see how meaningful regular seasons and the #1 seed in the east was. All 4 remaining teams would run thru the east

2011 didn't play the Knicks, they played the 76ers. It's not close in individual talented opponents.
