Edit : Could all just be a work for restaurant publicity? Maybe a little bit of both?

As I've said before though, I think he's making his establishment look trashy as hell.

Report: Former WWE star Alberto del Rio arrested in Austria

According to the Huffington Post, del Rio, real name José Alberto Rodríguez, a San Antonio resident, was arrested on Dec. 30 in Austria after a European wrestling match and could not leave the country for 24 hours.

Rumors via Austrian news site Krone claim Rodriguez and his brother, El Hijo del Dos Caras, got into a fight with an unidentified person at a nightclub.

That person was reportedly hospitalized while Rodriguez and his brother, Guillermo Rodriguez, were taken to jail. Krone also reported the brotherly brawl left blood on the walls and destroyed furniture in its wake.

The Krone report claims authorities had to use ankle cuffs as handcuffs because the brothers easily busted through the wire ties originally placed on them. The site also reported the two brothers got into an altercation at the jail that took 10 officers to break up.

Del Rio returned with a massive engagement ring that Paige showed off in a tweet, returning the proposal that the WWE Diva made in October.

The pair was also recently spotted outside a WWE event in Tampa, sparking rumors that Paige may be returning to the ring after months following her suspension.

But according to PWInsider, she was at the show to meet with officials about her neck issues and nothing was filmed for Total Divas.

Alberto Del Rio Investigated for Domestic Battery
Wrestling superstar Alberto Del Rio -- aka Alberto El Patron -- is being investigated for an alleged domestic violence incident at a Florida airport ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told the Orlando PD was contacted around 3 PM on Sunday after Alberto -- real name Jose Rodriguez -- allegedly roughed up a female companion.

We spoke with witnesses who tell us Alberto and the woman were arguing in the terminal and when things escalated, cops were called.

As one witness put it, "There was an altercation."

Our law enforcement sources tell us Alberto has NOT been arrested and no charges have been filed -- investigators are still gathering information.

Cops would not confirm the name of the alleged victim. However, Alberto has been in a real-life relationship with WWE superstar Paige for a while and witnesses say she was at the airport with Alberto that day.

We reached out to Alberto's camp for comment -- so far, no word back.

Alberto is the current Impact Wrestling heavyweight champion. He was also a WWE heavyweight champ but broke off from the organization in 2016.
