I'm actually pretty impressed with this graphics, thr fact it's a Remastered but feel like Remake.

IDK why they went with remastered as the title; enough core systems, from leveling to blocking, melee combat having real combos now, attribute interactions, new voiceover dubs, etc. etc. were all changed with this for it to fit the standard of "remake". Todd gotta be real careful going forward with TES 6 now; if that game ends up looking like Starfield after a decade in the oven since announcement, when this looks as good as it does... shyt gonna hit the fan.

How is the performance in this game? I have a friend saying he heard there's a lot of stutter after the intro area

Scratch my previous post, I just watched a yt vid, and the stuttering may be caused by shaders loading. That wasn't my issue. Mine was more jitter when I panned the screen.

Anyway, the unreal engine really is really a beaut if you got the hardware for it.

Then cried about it for 15 years until they made their own game which is mid at best

Bethesda didn't own Fallout until 3. People from Obsidian were behind the originals, which is why it fits the lore better than 3 and 4. Fallout was post, post apocalyptic, which is why Fallout 1,2, and New Vegas felt more lived in. Mid at best? New Vegas stands today as one of the best RPGs of the last generation, not Fallout 3.
