this is bullshyt. HBCUs are still responsible for 40 percent of all Black engineers and 50 percent of all Black lawyers in America. 70% percent of Black doctors in our country attended an HBCU, and 80 percent of Black judges are alumni of these schools. I'm pretty sure HBCUs don't use affirmative action.
theylll be more selective, plus HBCUs are trying to scale up to meet the educational demand

People like @Buddy bringing up irrelevant information while Antonio is being proven right once again. :francis:
The man is a lawyer relegated to resolving traffic tickets and you don't think that effects his take on "The End of Black Professionals"? :francis:

Right, Tone being a traffic lawyer does not mean he's "failed".

That Pannie mess has fried that brothas brain.
It doesn't-- but it does in his mind. And if he's a failure then we're all a failure. We're just average folks. TONE went to UCLA and I guarantee he made it known in the video. Didn't he? :sas1:

This is the same man that grew up in LA at the HEIGHT of the crack epidemic and gang wars and what was his main take away???-- The Cosby Show brainwashed us all into thinking we're all from a Black Professional family in Queens :dead: Imagine making it outta that as the child of teen mom (if I remember right), going to one of the most prestigious schools in the country, and becoming a lawyer-- only to preach that positive Black images are the problem and Black Professionalism is dead... but MY brain is "fried" :laff:

He might be disillusioned and bitter but what he says is backed up by data.

Black folks are economically disenfranchised in this country to a certain extent.

That's called "Confirmation Bias" -- and yes, even "the data" can be biased. They love to kick that shyt as if it's some objective truth but they never parse "the data" for signs of growth or improvement. It's all doom and gloom. Hell, when something good IS reported they sift for negative "data" to debunk it.

This. Is. Some. shyt.

20 years from now, the black professional class graduating from college will be scanty.
Yep.

It's not just matriculating to college, it's also the lack of pipelines and internships and training programs to find talent...all of this will be found to be unconstitutional.
Crazy.

How the white population og Gen Z and Gen Alpha are literally under 30%, they still want institutions to be all-white on some 1950s shyt.
Am I tripping or are you talking to yourself ? Lol all 3 comments are structured exactly the same.
