I don't know about any of this to be honest, but I always advocate for a level of distance with women in the workplace. It allows for them (women to be comfortable) and it protects interpersonal as well as professional relationships.

I'm also not familiar with the girls podcast and their content. I just looked it up and I realized I came across it/them when their opinion/segment on videogames/men that play videogames went viral some months ago. Funny enough, the Olivia chick was the least bird-like and the only one speaking sense. Not shocked she's the one to be the least on board with Joe's supposed fukkery.

From the short clip I saw from the videogame segment she seemed to possess a higher level of maturity and understanding than her co-hosts, so she's less likely to be on board with your boss telling you he wants to fukk you.
