I almost forgot about this..or should I say making this topic. Just saw some of the wrestling news and they got a pic of them hyping some tag match on Raw. Now...I didn't really harp on this all week but it's apparent by now that they just want to use Enzo's mic ability and connection to the crowd to float over and push Cass above it all. They got him taking all the pinfalls, not taking Cass's advice to meet up with married women in hotels, and he gets jumped AGAIN in another comedy skit that ends up with Rusev and a jobber beating him down. Cass? Nowhere to be found. Cass? Looking like he's smarter. Stronger. Tougher. Making Rusev somewhat run away during the last week confrontation. So it's just like with Sasha and other buffers...they used Sasha to push this Charlotte thing because Sasha is ultra over and proven with the fans. Won the fans' heart with those top level NXT matches with Bayley and Becky as heel...fans heeled on face Natayla and the Bellas..and Charlotte and even popped huge for Sasha taking Becky's spot at Rumble after the match. They used all of that to give Charlotte multiple title reigns and then had Sasha bury herself last week and give up her "Boss" title to the groans in the arena.
Now we got Enzo being exposed more as a goofball who runs his mouth and gets his ass kicked while his buddy gets to come out and be hero. The fans will see through it and that will be that. But it's just funny how transparent Stephanie and Vince are with their machinations.
