The Evil Within vs Alien Isolation

Its a very good time right now for horror games, we have 2 hits on deck, both of which represent the genre in 2 completely different ways and both are great games. I doubt if anyone has finished either (it literally takes me months to finish shyt, but im feeling both of these enough to actually care about beating them) so fukk it, which do you like better, which has the better story, better atmosphere, better setting, better acting, better bad guys/demons/bosses, better graphics, more replayability, ect.

I seriously cant make a choice so far, I aint played the game this much in years (not counting 2k which I play all the time), im going back and forwards between playing each and I enjoy both the same amount, for different reasons. How do you feel about these 2?

I would say TLOU, RE1-4, Silent Hill 1 and 2, and Stutter Island the movie all in one lol. They borrowed a lil bit from all of the classics, which is a good thing for sure.

I have an unopened RE 4 sitting in my entertainment system. It's resting there along with a bunch of Wii games I bought earlier this year that I've never played but Iwanted to play for Wii U.

I have an unopened RE 4 sitting in my entertainment system. It's resting there along with a bunch of Wii games I bought earlier this year that I've never played but Iwanted to play for Wii U.

TBH, I hated RE4. Not cause it was a bad game but cause that was when RE changed its whole style up and became a linear action game. We all know what happened after that . That's why im glad you have no map at all on TEW and the map does not help much on AI, it helps make it an actual "survival horror"

Just the gameplay itself. Disarming traps to create stuff, the upgrade system, not being able to kill a zombie with ur fists, the sneaking aspects, etc.

TBH, I hated RE4. Not cause it was a bad game but cause that was when RE changed its whole style up and became a linear action game. We all know what happened after that . That's why im glad you have no map at all on TEW and the map does not help much on AI, it helps make it an actual "survival horror"

What platform you on?

I got a P4 but I went ahead and burned these on 360 cause its free99 for me , they are mos def worth a purchase on CG but a Detroit nikka will always capitalize on free shyt lol, and I had both at least 4 days early so................. I'd sacrifice the graphical upgrade for the 120.00 I would have spent, 360 still holds its weight with CG graphically right now anyways, as long as they are still releasing on LG I will just burn them bytches lol. Im going to buy the COD on PS4 fasho though, cant pass up the "photorealistic" comments I have heard about.

You can kill zombies with with your fist, I do it all the time if I fukk up my sneak kill.

Anyways I have both tew and ai and I play the tew more. I haven't even started back on alien isolation since I've gottenvthe other game.

Ive played both for an hour of 3. Alien is a lot more consistent, better presented and more haunting. TEW is just so random and feels rushed. Nothing is is polished except maybe the atmosphere
