@AVXL I eagerly wait for you to diagnose Matt Ryan's mediocre playing since you like to act like you know a whole lot about it.

Since the 5-0 start, he's been mediocre. Let's get that out of the way. I'd even go as far as to say since the New Orleans game he's been one of the 10 worst QBs in the NFL. He's one INT from setting a career high in INTs. He leads all QBs in redzone turnovers with 4. So yea he's been bad. I don't believe the reports about him not understanding the offense, but I do believe that this offense is not a good fit for him. Matt's success as a passer came under former OC's Mike Mularkey (ball control & strong running game) & Dirk Koetter (uptempo no huddle & spreading the ball). This offense under Kyle Shanahan is a zone run blocking scheme that Matt's never run before and he's attempting to master it. It doesn't really play to Matt's strength's which is pre snap and no huddle/up tempo. But he's clearly not comfortable in the reads he's making, the personnel outside of Julio, Jacob Tamme & Devonta (Roddy's been phased out, Leonard Hankerson is a bum, Justin Hardy is a rookie, Hester's been out all season) plus a make shift brand new offensive line. But enough with the excuses, he's pressing & he just hasn't played well.

I been calling this dude out for years. They need to trade him this off-season, sign Kaep or RG3, build a great defense. Draft Myles Jack and Nkemdiche and win it all.

Matt Ryan isn't going anywhere. Period. Even if Kaep or RG3 are let go, Arthur Blank isn't gonna get rid of a QB he just signed to a 100 million dollar deal who, although he is struggling, is a better QB than the majority of the QBs in the NFL and SIGNIFICANTLY better than Colin Kaepernick or RG3 right now. The defense is getting better (we've been top 10-15 all yr with no playmakers) and if we continue to collapse we'll get another top 10 pick for a pass rusher or LB

It's a Falcon board thing. In all fairness, Ryan is better than Cousins but not by much at this point. Cousins is on the up and Ryan is what he is.

Trade him to STL for their 1st and PHI 2nd and call it a day.

Draft Myles Jack and Robert Nkemdiche
Draft a TE or another WR in the 2nd.
Draft a QB in the 4th or 5th.
Sign RG3 or Kaep
Sign Bruce Irvin and several other players.

That should lead you to contending.

This team got a top 3 run D. This team out some sound CB's. They just suck at LB and the satefies need to be healthy.

Ryan did all he can do for them. Time for a new era. The defensive one.
