If a company violated CDC and OSHA protocols and didn’t take proper precautions to protect employees that should be sued

Seems like it's more to protect businesses from lawsuits that might occur for unsafe working environments.
I know places like Amazon isnt doing nearly enough to stop the spread in those warehouses with 1000s of workers.
None of these essential workers are being protected from that virus and I dont think companies should be protected from the consequences of their own negligence.
When I comes to customers choosing to shop somewhere then claiming they caught the rona there, yeah I think businesses should be protected from that shyt, but not the safety of the workers

If you're still working, you shouldn't be bringing in less money than people who aren't working.
unemployment is temporary so of course people are going to go back no matter what. Some will milk that shyt a few weeks, but nobody in their right mind is going to milk unemployment all the way through if they know they got a job.

i think most importantly if your job called you back and you refused you could lose your unemployment because your unemployed status is now voluntary.
