companies should have some liability protection but not completely immune

If a company violated CDC and OSHA protocols and didn’t take proper precautions to protect employees that should be suedhow do you propose society move forward without some sort of litigation protection for employers?
Aren't people already working?please be more specific![]()

You think places like Tyson chicken should be sued to oblivion?
as far as i know, this is to protect frivolous lawsuits, which from what i know about the disgusting scumbag lawyer culture in this country is a distinct possibilityAren't people already working?
Are they closing down due to lawsuits?
This looks like a solution in search of a problem.

I know places like Amazon isnt doing nearly enough to stop the spread in those warehouses with 1000s of workers.
None of these essential workers are being protected from that virus and I dont think companies should be protected from the consequences of their own negligence.

Something definitely needs to be done to address the people still working and risking infection for less than the unemployed.which ironically, puts into perspective the original fukking point i was making in this thread
why should anyone go to work, when people are getting paid thousand dollars a week on unemployment?
