It's sad but most black women don't have a clue on how to deal with their natural hair. It's a shame when I see grown ass men keeping their long hair in top shape but turn around and see a black woman with a weave or perm.

Its crazy breh. I remember when I grew out my hair in college had cornrows and with a few years my hair was crazy long. Black men know how to take care of their hare better. I stay away from petroleum based products and stick with more natural stuff. That petroleum stuff clogs your scalp and prevents healthy growth in hair. Black women are very stubborn when it comes to their hair. No matter what the men say that they like, they are not going to listen because they have been conditioned to not respect us TBH. All that weave wearing has low key teased black men into wanting women of other races. Its like if you are going to rock hair from a Venezuelan or Indian chic, I might as well date the real thing
