The US is the leader of NATO. In the wake of Trump shytting on NATO and causing trust/doubt issues in the US, it takes a US President to repair those relationships and unite behind a common enemy. Part of Putin's calculus in invading Ukraine was that Putin thought NATO was broken after 4 years of Trump. Russia invading Ukraine did not suddenly make everyone unite 100%. Biden and other world leaders had to talk this out and Biden had to convince other world leaders to chip in and 100% rally behind Ukraine. Which he did and was documented in the news multiple times. The US will get credit for any positive conclusion of the Ukraine-Russia war. The US/Biden will also get credit if this leads to Ukraine joining NATO.

Saudi Arabia is a country that is aligned with Trump and they want him back in office. This is why they are playing with oil production and doing things that politically hurt Biden. They were close with Trump during his Presidency. Trump even let them get away with the murder of a Washington Post journalist. Political commentators/analysts have discussed this.

Even though this forum largely shyts on Biden for giving Ukraine aid, he's likely going to do down as the best foreign policy President in the last 50 years. Historians will be hesitant to rank him above Reagan in foreign policy accomplishments because he's the modern golden boy, but they may have to cave in if this ends with a complete victory for Ukraine and embarrassing defeat for Russia that may even rip the country apart internally.
