Liberal or leftist, whites do not accept the 'identity politics' of other people especially race issues.
America is a bit unique in the sense that corporations/lobbyists have such a big impact on our politics on both sides of aisle. That's why I primarily support grassroot groups that move with the intention of putting people through that pledge not to take money from corporations. It's going to be a while before these ghouls in office are unseated but taking seats at the house level has been a major win for such groups.
