The problem is and always will be white voters and their cronies willing to vote against any and all improvements of a just society if black people and to a lesser extent poor immigrants benefit from it. As @MegaManX suggests, they don't have any legislative power. Also, it's important to note, if these people are far-left, they are far-left on a social scale, not an economic scale. I hesitate to put them as far-left on a social scale because in actuality, the likelihood that they have engaged with any far-left literature, any far-left philosophy, is slim to none, and this actually applies to most people under any banner.

In truth, topics like this are largely irrelevant, understand, what is objective is objective and is unchanging when it comes in contact with the human mind, one can perceive an objective trait in a manner that favors their feelings, but the objective remains the same, it is objective because it is mind independent. So really these people have little to no impact on anything major, I leave them to their devices. To further expound on this, let's say a man can have a baby, what does this change in the objective world? Nothing.

But I see your point, the right will use these people as pawns to feed the culture war, and it works, I can admit that. You search my account and the keyword "rhetoric" and you will see me calling for people that identify as left to get ahead of these people and shut down their dangerous rhetoric when the option is available. Like I said, these people are far removed from philosophy, when present to a group of people, and representing an ideology, I have a moral obligation to present the position in a manner that is digestible and likely to sway people over to my positions. This is necessary if I deem my position the most likely position to increase overall wellbeing. These people act in a manner that sways people the other way, so by default, they are not acting in a moral manner, because they have not considered the consequences of their approach, they are acting on moral luck because they are separated from foundations that are necessary to proceed in a responsible manner, simple as that, so I call them out when I can.



People just need philosophy before putting themselves in positions of the loudspeaker, consider this

Martin Luther King had philosophy before he took the streets, you see the impact he had.
Fredrick Douglas, the same.
W. E. B. Du Bois, as well.

All those important men had at least 100 hours of philosophy under their belt, either through engaging with philosophers or through schooling. And they all acted in a manner that was productive towards accomplishing their goals. If you read King's notes, you will see confliction with his approach and what it would entail, but he checks himself throughout his writing with his moral foundation, it kept him balanced, and smart with his approach. So when it comes to people who should be given loudspeakers, I'm reluctant to give it to the layman towards philosophy, because they are acting on moral luck, they have no foundation, it's just expedient for these people to take the mantle, but it's irresponsible on their part.

If the trans man gets pregnant he is the father. Gender and sex are different and that’s why it’s supposed to all make sense. At least that’s what’s been beaten into my head. I just don’t wanna offend anyone.

The far left sets the tone for what's morally acceptable and culturally relevant in modern society through the education system, mass and social media etc..

You think it's a coincidence that issues of gay and transgender rights have become the most significant political topics of the day? That companies are tripping over one another to appease far left sensibilities?

Far left positions on gender, gay rights etc have become normative. This wouldn't have happened if they didn't have power.

You can be pro these progressive policies, but let's not pretend that the far left does not have the power to shape society. It clearly does.
