Naw, there's a whole network to process those cars once they have been stolen and they act like that shyt starts and stops at the street level. If they actually set their sights on the proper targets shyt would stop almost immediately..........

Seems like there's a trend of kids stealing cars just to joyride them til they wreck though. Doesn't seem like it's all about money. They know they won't get into much trouble as juveniles. They need to do something about the trend based criminality we are seeing from some of the youth. From KIA boys,to recording yourself running down on "opps",to those flash mobs etc.

They had that problem in jersey from what I can recall back in the day......that didn't end well for the youth........even had that movie about it

Stopping Chop shops won't stop shyt. These kids are stealing cars to steal cars. Or to use them in other crimes
