Iron Man just leaped off the comic page into film.
The insane part is: no one gave an itty bitty fukc about Thor, Iron Man, or Captain America before MCU. I collected comics in the 90s. I have some copies of all three of those titles but copping them was purely academic. I didn't know shyt about Mandarin or the Destroyer armor until the movies.
The most amazing thing is: all Marvel's good shyt was already sold. They had to use the scraps and they KILLED IT.

Meanwhile DC can't make a decent movie out of B v S aka the greatest comic characters EVER. Even though they have an epic Suicide Squad movie already (Assault on Arkham) they screwed the pooch on that one too.

Lets leave the DC shyt out of this. DC already had legendary movies... It's WB trying to keep up with Marvel and failing
But yeah, i was on Ironman as a kid and Hulk but that was about it. This movie definitely kicked off the MCU though. Such a great film...
Iron Man2 was pretty good as well. Better than people gave it credit. I didn't like 3 that much though
Much props to Superman the movie 1 and 2. Batman 1 and 2, and the newer Batman 1 and 2. Watchmen. V for Vendetta.
I liked IM3 alot. I didn't like 2 at first, but upon a second viewing I liked it. More than the average CBM. I guess I had time to see some real stinkers since I first watched it.
